Double D Games Lab Reports

Certified and State approved testing labs document and verify all aspects of games and devices submitted for testing and review. Certified labs verify that games operate properly, award the posted credits to players for winning outcomes and function with a consistent pattern of honesty and integrity.

Games are tested and checked for compliance with specific jurisdictional requirements and State regulations. Upon successful completion of the testing and verification process, a written report is issued by the lab that documents and explains the operating characteristics of the game or device.

Double D Gaming is proud to announce the selection of Nick Farley & Associates as our primary testing facility. A review of the NFA website jurisdictional approvals is testament to the level of integrity and services provided by the experts at NFA.

Listed below are some samples of NFA lab reports for one selected game that complies with a few different jurisdictional authorities and different applications (Amusement, Class II & Charity). It has been our experience that the most stringent regulations we have encountered are mandated by the State of New Jersey and the Choctaw Gaming Commission.

Certified Lab Reports:

Choctaw Gaming Commission - Wild Cherry Skill Game

There is no claim or statement we could make that would surpass or improve upon the contents of this certified lab report. The operating, security, accounting and recall requirements are equivalent to those required by a casino grade gaming device.

N.J. Legalized Games of Chance - Wild Cherry Charity Game

The State of New Jersey mandates certain requirements for games and devices approved for use by authorized charities. Double D Games meet and exceed those requirements.

N. J. Legalized Games of Chance - Wild Cherry Amusement

The State of New Jersey mandates certain requirements for games and devices approved for use by amusement and redemption game operators. Double D Games meet and exceed those requirements.

Read the column to the right concerning decisions of, and dealing with, local authorities, regulators and law enforcement officials.

Dealing with the "Authorities"

We strongly suggest you proceed with the following steps prior to the purchase or operation of our games in your jurisdiction:
  • Obtain a copy of local and State ordinances that govern the use and operation of amusement and skill based games in your jurisdiction.
  • If the regulations are unclear, seek a written opinion from your local Sheriff, Police Dept. District Attorney or local Prosecutor before the purchase or operation of skill based games.
  • Seek the advice of a local Attorney and/or that of a local amusement or game operators association.
  • Jurisdictions and local regulators unfamiliar with this type of game will most likely immediately condemn the games as gambling devices based on appearance alone.
  • It has been our experience that the presentation of certified lab reports and an explanation of how the games operate can results in a change of opinion by authorities.
  • You will encounter persons in authority that have motives to deny the use of the games based on fears of local community reaction, fear of political fallout or selfish fears that their careers as public servants will be affected by allowing the games to be operated locally.
  • Ignorance and stupidity is rarely curable in civil servants or bureaucrats until a Judge decides the issue based on evidence.
